Core Architecture of WireGuard
Lingti Accelerator has built a new routing engine based on the WireGuard protocol. WireGuard achieves complete accelerator functionality with only around 4000 lines of code, while traditional IPsec requires over 600,000 lines. This streamlined code means a smaller attack surface, lower latency, and higher throughput. In our internal tests, the handshake speed of the WireGuard protocol was 3 times faster than IKEv2 and 8 times faster than IPsec.
Noise Protocol Framework Encryption
Lingti Accelerator's implementation of WireGuard utilizes the Noise protocol framework for key exchange, employing Curve25519 for ECDH key negotiation, ChaCha20-Poly1305 for symmetric encryption, and BLAKE2s for hashing. This combination of cryptographic primitives has been extensively validated in both academia and industry, providing forward-looking security against quantum computing attacks.
Smart Protocol Switching
